I will say this confirms what I've said all along:

People vote based on their material conditions.


In the case, the Economy, Immigration, Inflation, etc. They don't even car about War so much as it impacts their material conditions (increasing shipping costs, food prices, etc).

CNN and the talking up heads were positioning a comedian's off-color joke as an 'October Surprise,' but that was never a material issue. The results were always going to be based on the economy, immigration, inflation, and war- not wajang talk.
