its on apple tv- i deleted the app which is supposed to delete the data- the other option to offload doesn't delete the data. i tried both to no avail. i also restarted the device twice. is there another way to delete the data?

Been having the same issue a couple months ago. I think there are issues with Amazon and roku devices. Samsung TV's shows not avaliable in this region. HBO has been a mess since the new release moving to MAX. That's the same response I got from them on May 27th and on June 2nd and again on Tuesday June 18th

i does get hbo ("max") through flow subscription and it does work normal.
i using the webOS platform on lucky-goldstar ("LG") television. getting HDR, dolby vision, etc, all kinda thing. all de features
