Which btw is a most idiotic theory and near impossible from a medical point of view unless they had all the girl's blood types and organ matching info from before hand and proper cooling and sterile environment
not to mention recipient ready at a health institution a matter of hours away lol

Pay them more to do their job?You not serious. How about we start firing police officers found guilty of corruption with zero benefits,no pay while on suspension for matters they are accused of,expediting their court matter to months instead of having it run for years on end and when they are found guilty of corruption, plaster their picture in a whole page of all major newspapers with their name and the crimes they are charged for.

You made some good points and suggestions. But we still need to get police to be more motivated to respect their job and effect results. Your suggestion did not capture the essential aspect of making the police more respected and trusted members of society. And yes I do accept their must be consequences for once action, especially if they are morally and ethically wrong.

They can be more respected from society if they do their job.It have nothing hard about that. Its that simple.Whats weird tho is you not hearing IAM son on the news commenting about the body although it was found at his store.

No idea what old school detective work is as I am not a police but
If in modern times only 5% cases getting solved then something needs to be tweaked
But everyday the ttps pr dept saying "reviewing Cctv footage".....
That becoming a tape recording like "investigations are ongoing"
"Investigations at a sensitive stage"
Repeating these tape recordings years on

Actual figures are around 15% but last year pliers mouth was making a distinction between various definitions of homicide, murder, killing of human being

No as stated above its more.

Using the detection rate for homicides however is useless. Due to the majority of homicides being gang / drug related the suspect is usually killed in retaliation before any charges can be laid leaving the homicide as 'open/unsolved' and in the process adding one more.
