She would prefer a male Angora kitten, but if there aren't any males a female would be fine as well.

I don't know much about cats, but do the bushy tail ones require a lot of care and maintenance?. They are absolutely adorable.

Not much maintenance required outside the occasional grooming with a brush & the rare bath with a damp towel. Felines tend to groom themselves rather well.
Most cats tend to need more attention to their feeding, housing medical & entertainment needs than grooming

Can you feed a cat left over food? like rice and bread and those stuff? we have no pet in our house so thinking of getting a Cat but I do not have any intentions of buying food for him. But he could get left over from what we eat we does throw away a good bit of food in this place.

It had a stray cat that used to live in my garage I never see a single rat or toad when he was around now that he disappear they are coming back. I didn't realize how useful a cat was nah those rats didn't stand a chance.

A neutered male is easier to keep also.
