There wasn't even intelligence applied to placing restrictions in the first place. A.few businesses openly selling food with the knowledge of the TTPS and nothing is being done with a member of the TTPS even seen in a video standing outside the business while sales of food is being conducted. Meanwhile supermarkets are being closed by the TTPS for long lines although they are considered essential. There's also a video of the TTPS harassing a business man for his signs even though he's not operating his business.

If the purpose of the SOE was to control the spread of the virus it has failed but instead of seeking to identify the root issues regarding the spread of the virus and remedy those issues, the government doubled down and increased restrictions in more than one instance.

PNM will always claim they did a great job no matter what and UNC will always claim the PNM did a terrible job because they have their own agenda.

The fact remains there is no good governance and never had any in this nation regardless of what the politicians and their supporters say.
