looks like my 9900 finally on it's way out after a little over a year.......

constant rebooting, sometimes it stays on

tried reloading the os, even downgrading but same problem......

tried cleaning battery contacts with a q tip and rubbing alcohol?
had this prob on a 9780 and that solved it.
