the thing is SYG wont apply in these cases if it was not private property and the law not even passed yet- so unless female driver herself was armed and threatening to shoot, could the FUL holder face a charge for shooting her?
The FUL holder actually did the community a good here. These individuals are known pests who are involved in alot of robbery, car theft, guns and ammunition possession, etc.K74T wrote:Update:

And what if the bandit is protected by high ranking police officer/officers?
