It's a mean cardio workout. I have huge puddles of sweat from a medium intensity 45 min session.

Going to try a dumbell routine for a few weeks, mix up and break the plateau. Where has goodprices on the cast iron weights btw? Just looking for 4x5lbs to add to the dumbells I have home.

defuq, DJ_Bee just smash what little ego I had. But I'll plod on, and try to build what gainz I can at home.

My routines have a ramp up and a ramp down.
On a saturday and sunday I do like 6 of the below, plus 30 mins spin
During the week, maybe 3 or 4. Alternate spin with weight days. One or two days off.

lat pulldown (wide and narrow grip)
2x15x135lb
6x8x180lb
2x15x135lb

bench press
2x15x140lb
6x8x175lb
2x15x140lb

flys
2x15x65lb
6x8x80lb
2x15x65lb

leg extensions
8x15x170lb

low pulley row (neutral and narrow grip)
2x15x120lb
6x8x170lb
2x15x120lb

tricep pulldown
2x15x62lb
6x10x76lb
2x15x62lb


bicep curl
2x15x70lb
6x10x80lb
2x15x70lb

unweighted situps (looking for weight to tote up and down)
6x20

thinking about getting some selecttechs or powerblocks to use @ home, but just ordered a bunch of extensions from Raptor. Chinning triangle, a better curl bar, d handles and a tricep rope.

The routine posted is one that I only started recently (~ 2 months). I wanna give it a good 4 months of consistent training before I try anything new.

If i post the figures that I was doing before alyuh go laugh even harder, cause I just wanted to tone. bro.
