putting it up again.....................................anybody interested in a new aquarium? No stand, hood, lights, filters or pumps, etc come with it. ITS A BARE TANK
Its 48"L X 24"W X 30" H. Its 3/8" glass. Its already built for saltwater (corner overflow box). its braced real good. Reason for sale- D wife told me that it have too much tanks all over de house.
A SMALL DONATION IS REQUIRED.....................LOL

Sky, u can try a piece of clear plastic bag (3inch x 3 inch).....it will float on the surface and the male with blow his bubbles under it....you can thank me later :mrgreen:

HondaB20B, ah hear u always mentioning Santoo. Where is he located and directions and can you give me a contact number.

About "donations" when selling fish.....I wud say the fish free but u have to buy the water!!! :wink:

oye...UML...
d lettuce thing more than 40 years old......(for me, that is) and it WORKS !!...old 'fishman' advs that back then & even gave me a pair of pearl fighters to start up.........those days was a battery case for breeding tank

I did that back then when I first did it. IT worked, but I prefer the lettuce/patchoi leaf. It'll feed them later on.


So the fries hatched and papa ate them all by accident.

Gonna try another pair. tomorrow I'm gonna boot out the clumsy pops and put the male there for about a week until he properly builds a nest. Then I'll introduce the female. I'm using two yellow/pearls.

STILL LOOKING FOR HALFMOONS!!!

love the black background and the effect it gives. it brings everything out to the fore, some ppl prefer blue though...i had blue last time.

lookin real gd sharman...wat skimmer u runnin dey? i lookin at gettin sum new equipment in d next few months...lookin at ah new skimmer, uv sterilizer, circulation pump and lighting system...i mite get ah fluval g6 too...lookin to double that of the required tank sizes for most of these stuff...any of u guys ever used ah uv sterilizer on your tank?

Got my 8ft tank today time to set up but first I hada build a stand was d best stand for salt water???

i jus using the HOB from my 75gal until i get a new reef octopus extreme. I dont really think a UV sterilizer is really necessary IMO, circulation and lighting is though.

if u now starting from scratch dont wanna discourage u but u got alottt of money to spend bro. if u goin 8ft best u build a metal stand. Any questions u have id gladly help though.

i was reading that the uv sterilizer does get rid of that unwated algae growth in yuh tank....i guh still get it an let u guys know how that working out...i keepin my tank undercover untill it finish an then i guh post pics up...lol
