Better call flow & see if somebody changed your 20mb package to 30 by mistake cause no one on 20 is getting 30.And yes they will charge you for the 30 if you keep it.

still doesnt explain the 3Mbps upload speed. both the 20Mbps and 30Mbps have 2Mbps upload

Story time,had a friend of mine skip a month last year so his bill was $1200+,went into pay it only to find out it was $600+,seems they attached his arrears to someone else's account.Don't trust flow's billing system after that happened.

No info on their fb page bout this yet either but they didnt even announce the free month of net last year either so will wait & see.

The US up stream light soposed to always be green ds down stream light can either be orange or green unless you have the avs system where all lights on your modem will be blue
