That has to be a typo unless the price doesn't include duties and licensing, which I think is the case.

Its a diesel used vehicle. There are restriction wrt importing used diesel vehicles into Trinidad. Thas probably y it hasn't been sold yet.

On another note from the normal High prices this price seems really low especially for a CDI.
Also wonder if someone can shed light on : the TTD is noted but the rest????
