The Trinidad and Tobago Meteorological Service issued an Adverse Weather Alert (Yellow Level) at 2:06 AM for both T&T.
It went into effect at 2:00 AM Saturday, continuing through 5:00 PM Sunday due to an active ITCZ.
(So they did not see this coming?)
