More rain and intense wind here in Couva than I've ever seen in quite a while.

Microburst behaviour in Piarco. Wind blowing west to east but i notice the bushy lots strongly bending towards north.

Not really. This rain came from the south and was headed west.

Not a radio station at 4:00 p.m. seems to know that rain and trees fell.

Micro and macrobursts are near impossible to predict. Even in USA where they have the latest radar that actually working and collecting data constantly. And the most warning they could give is like tornado formation, only when they form, and then they dissipate rapidly. These downbursts are very deadly for aviation, and pilots must avoid them. The best they could do is tell the jetliner pilots is to hit max engines and try to get out of the system. Small planes dead if they're caught.
