Death penalty will not deter murder.

It's not that easy to hang ppl.

Lawyers and the court play the game to delay cases and wait for 5 years to escape the death penalty.

Crime is a bussiness

the executive branch (pnm/unc) has already made hanging the law.

the judicial branch, with the privy council as the head, has decreed otherwise.

exactly my perception!!

is like the wife still in denial that the man horning she... he always coming home late, and eh want to do nutten in the night. but she keep trying to make opportunity to give him one last chance to give she sumting to say, 'nah, he still with me, so he aint hornin'

but, to be publicly vocalized by cro cro, and then to be celebrated by the crowd, it means the roots are not too happy.

they might not lock out rowley from the house, but they might give him cornbeef and hops,,, and dont bother to wash the clothes good.

it might be enough to reduce the incumbent vote that pnm has.. meaning, the next election, would be a lower turn out. can't vote against, but would have a lot more abstinence

PM OBJECTS TO PRESIDENT APPOINTING EBC CHAIRMAN

The Prime Minister has penned a letter to President Anthony Carmona, taking strong objection to the President appointing a new Chairman of the Elections and Boundaries Commission, mere weeks before he demits office.

Dr. Rowley has urged the President to leave that responsibility for the incoming President, President-elect Paula Mae-Weeks.

Lol, he needs to ensure the person he calls to extend the election will be willing and Paula may just do that for him. :drinking: :drinking:

Not that he needs to bother because 2020 is going to be a repeat of 2007, but instead of winning with 46% of the vote, PNM might pull it off with 35%. Praise be to the split opposition vote. :drinking:

Agreed... Take the crime boss out and all the wannabees start fighting. The movie Sicario had it down...

The execution had a short term effect... It was left up to the govt after to capitalise on it. But instead they did the opposite.
