Ordered an item recently, I've attached my invoice and I wish to point out the Exchange rate being used of TT$ 6.80: 1 USD... that's ridiculous!
Furthermore, I paid via credit card on their site and much to my dismay, the sole currency of the transaction was USD!
Force the use of a currency from another country, then apply your own exchange rate?

The survey is based on Online Shopping/Local Courier Services in Trinidad and should take about 5-10 minutes to complete.
Thank You!

Done your survey because it for your education.
You have bits screwed up in there. If you choose other , it asking you to still select one of the check box.
Is that red Xpress a real shipping company or is it a fake you created for your research? Thats the most expensive rates I've seen and it cannot be competitive. You should have researched better before creating those fake rates, look there is a company in the announcement section , look at their rates and this includes delivery to your home.
Your customs and duty section is incorrect also. I know is a school project but you all need to put more effort in your project.
You should review some of your Questions as it does not make sense. Skybox is already an express service- why should i pay more. Other service offer free shipping to your home.
Any how good luck with your project.

Things just get too expensive, so I stop wasting my money. I only buy food, gas, and internet.

Reviews and Preference?
Need to ship something <100lbs and don't need the hassle of clearing myself. Mainly interested in timeframe and tracking. Both seem to have similar price based on their calculators.

The sauce may be goodish NOW but they were a real waste back in their earlier days.
At least they have worked to improve and kept it up since then.

Probably they realise that it easier to have an ocean freight option instead. I see csr bring it back.
Let's hope the OPT ain't raise again this year...
