it's in the Bible.
Talking donkey: Numbers 22:21-39
Talking snake: Genesis 3 - The Fall

Maybe you should read your Bible before preaching the word eh?

1 Corinthians 2:14 KJVS
[14] But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them , because they are spiritually discerned.

My dear sirs, u r what is referred to as the natural man. Therefore in ur current state ur not qualified to understand. u r like a child, u will only see foolishness. Please stop using extracts beyond ur discernment.

Matthew 7:13-14 KJVS
[13] Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: [14] Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

You think this is a popularity contest? The more people means it's right? sigh.

Popularity contest???

Hey all I am saying is a good quality of life and a progressive society correlates with Atheism/Agnosticism.

Where as most deeply religious society's tend to correlate with lack of economic development, poverty, corruption, disease and a overall poor quality of life.

I think the former appeals to me more ... But if you into the latter who am I to tell you how to live your life. What ever floats your boat man.

Eitech should really read his bible end to end , that way he would not be shocked when we quote it on topics ,like when is it ok to beat your slaves to death.

Now all of a sudden he doesn't seem to believe in the talking snake and talking donkey anymore, wasn't it just last month when he was professing that he believes the bible is factual in its entirety.....after all he is still copy and pasting the thing whenever convenient ....

Did he just copy and paste my joke about shrek and try to pass it of as his own.....wow....original thought really isn't your strong suit is it?

Countries with higher atheist populations are better off in almost all criteria necessary conducive to a happy life.
These are just facts backed up by actual data.
You know what isn't supported by data...the idea that your consciousness somehow leaves you body a after death and goes to a magic hotel in the sky run by whichever imaginary friend you claimed to talk to in life.

When one man believes something outrageous, he is just crazy, when a million people believe it , it's just religion.

The key word there is "research" ...something the bible is severely lacking.....you won't see me copy and pasting pages from Lord of the rings and passing it of as fact.

It is quite interesting that when anyone from my side of the argument says anything justifying our position, your side asks for evidence....but when you guys say anything to justify yours, we need to take your and the bibles word for it , the bible is supposedly the claim and the proof.....this mindset does not promote good science.

If you were reading the thread from the beginning, u would have seen the answer. But u really to blind to see but i wont repeat it coz u still wont see it. And i know for a fact that others have given u and the rest the answer. U jus choose to repeatedly ignore and talk about movies

Well think about it this way , I like dumb stories in movies, you like dumb stories from one particular book.....only difference is, I know that the dumb stories that I like are made up.you on the other hand is and adult living in the 21st century who now believes that at one point on earth there was a talking snake,a talking donkey and a talking bush.
