On a good next note anyway. Kwesi is ok, mild concussion but nothing broken, just some burns from the fall.

Australia with a population of 26m there is insane.

Coupled with the fact they have had the best cricket team over the last 30 years, pretty good Rugby League and Union squads and a decent Football team those Aussies are essentially sporting gods.

Shout out to the Dutch as well!!

Coaching comes from 3 levels

A volunteer coach, no money
A club coach or private coach, some money
A National Coach, is appointed by government so regular pay. This requires qualifications to the world governing body.

Most coaches in Trinidad suffer in Trinidad-Caribbean cause most have no qualifications apart from being an ex champion that may have some knowledge on Coaching. Most times these are bogus coaches that have little knowledge on sport science.

Coaching is not just doing workouts as it involves the mental aspects and getting to the athlete.
