Bringing this old post back up lol.
I was trying Malabar meats but they close down in chaguanas.
I haven't been to blooms in a while, need to go
I visited Paul A Grant recently but It was just a tad well done. I love a pink steak. He himself also said he was worried about the bone but I have to go back.
It was a 44 Oz bone in rib eye

Paul Grant is a waste of time in my opinion. It looks like he uses local steaks of a presumably 'high' quality. But they lack flavor significantly which is what local beef is like.

I personally buy from Blooms and I tend to fancy the grass fed rib-eyes. But they are a bit limited in variety, unless I always go when stocks are running low.
