I do not believe this falls under their jurisdiction either.....
when accidents happen in the work place, is TTPS called in to investigate?

If the person injured is someone from the public then I think they would get involved if there was negligence on the part of the business.

PPl please accept that sh!t happened. we need to learn from these mistakes and move on..if we want the sport to continue and grow we collectively need to stop bickering and fighting and find real solutions to the problems with the track.
Our track came a long way from what it was a few yrs ago. and it will continue to get better once we do not let this situation become the fall of motorsport in T and T.
the last thing we need is to compromise the relationship with all our stakeholders. this includes eteck, ttps,ttfs, the promoters, the fia etc!
