If you read the thread, you'd see the LAC was on a membership (PPL-A) enrollment drive for new students. Bristow provided info on acquiring the CPL(H) at the Bristow Academy (USA).
So it was a 'everything-you've-always-wanted-to-know-about-flying', but never had to opportunity the get the info directly.
