i had a lil suggestion with casper on building some wooden benches - havent checked d price of materials as yet but if everybody contribute ah lil $30-40 each i will build it free of charge so we can always have seating

...pass this message onto everybody asap ...if everybody agree it will take me a day to do ....maybe we can push back d meeting to like thurday or something because im telling everybody from now : place have no seats so i doubt ppl wanna stand up for 2hrs or each person cud walk with a portable chair

also we gonna get thirsty for sure so if every1 contribute ah $5 each we cud organize some disposable cups , bottle water or 2 liter soft drinks & some ice in a cooler ....
