Looking to extend my home gym to incorporate some more workouts into my routine.

Anyone know where I can get cable attachments locally?
Looking for these three:

Wat?

No. Their metabolism is screwed, slower than molasses no food. I'm sure their thyroid function is totally gone and testosterone is in single digits they barely get good sleep either. Their low fat levels is just a testament to a deficit diet. Nothing, NOTHING can beat a deficit for fat loss. I'm sure they get probably 1000cals daily if so much, hence their screwed up metabolism and damaged thyroid. It is unhealthy to eat that low but once In a deficit u will lose weight both fat and muscle. That's why I get a good laugh when some say they not losing weight cause they no getting sleep. Bad sleeping patters does not have a significant impact on weight loss once In a true deficit. As Lyle Mc Donald said "ever seen anyone come out fat from a concentration camp?"

4 mins? u mean 4 mins, the 30 seconds rest, 4 mins, 30 secs rest and repeat for an hour?

4 mins of cardio no matter how intense can boost metabolism.....

i agree

4 mins? u mean 4 mins, the 30 seconds rest, 4 mins, 30 secs rest and repeat for an hour?

wouldnt recommend 4 mins on and 30 secs off for anyone though..there are much more efficient ways of boosting metabolism than doing this for an hour.

the point of this is this is just the beginners intro to to his exercises..i.e body weight squats, push ups, etc

the regular programs 30 mins on average

^ why not both on the same day. I just prefer to go all out on when I'm in the gym, the row machine and stair machine at CAC keep things interesting but i wish i had access to a prowler, see they even got battle ropes at CAC.Allyuh make sure and get some good workouts in these days

Thinking about adding a low intensity cardio for 20mins in the morning before I eat, and do a medium-high intensity cardio on evenings, to lose some fat and get some muscle tone. What you guys think?

I actually am doing this right now. Got 2 vids with 15 min and 20 min workout. I do the 15min b4 work and breakfast. It really jump starts your day. In the evening i do d 20min with a 15min strenght training workout. So thats approx 50min ah day. Not all d days tho.
But the morning workout really feels good.

Small thing, it's always good to see people get healthy. A lot of people get discouraged when they go the gym and people stare, snicker and alienate them. You do your thing, let them do theirs.
