Yep, it sounds silly, but right opposite Frankie's on the ave, the line is way too close to the hydrant, yet some drivers think the line is the law.

men will just bribe their way around that. dont mean to sound mean to people of low intellect but i remember years ago when i was going for my regulations, this guy was revising the turn signals and signs really hard. he told me he failed regs 3 or 4 times before. well at least he didnt bribe his way around it like most people would have done

When you park somewhere, thinking your car is safe and go about your business, you return and your car is gone. How do you find out if your car got wrecked and not stolen, given the scenario that no witnesses were around to inform you of such?
