Dhal,rice,buss up shut,dhalpourie,fresh salad(lettuce and tomatoes),salmon,stew chicken,curry duck and then they order KFC.Meh parents had ah lil family lunch and dinner today

What part it of TT it opening up?


Proper Pad Thai>....any som tum gai yang on the menu...all the ingredients cheap and there and have yet to find anyone doing it.

There's a Thai chef who used to work (not sure if he still is there) Hilton Trinidad that opened a Thai restaurant initially in El Dorado but now its in Curepe called Sombat. Fairly authentic Thai cuisine including Pad Thai.

Thanks look good and may give it a try...i was in Thailand last year and when I went to the markets you would be surprised how many ingredients, cooking techniques and dishes (including mango chow & coconut water out the fruit) that we share.

I like my Thai currys but hope this is not just a generic thai take away.
