well the league is unpredictable and Real ain't no small side so a turn around is quite possible + its very early in the season.

As far as Mourinho goes, can't pull out any tricks because the problem lies within the camp itself; they need to sort out their problems cuz as far as talks/rumours going with Ronaldo being unhappy as well as the Portuguese/Spaniard player rifts, this gonna rip them apart. They'll just end up a team full of expensive players if they don't handle their business.

Lets see if they pick up the pace for UCL this week. Btw if Ronaldo really is unhappy cuz he wants more money, fcuk him; i honestly think its partially because no matter how hard he tries, his accomplishments always get overshadowed by someone else.

this is the reason why he is unhappy, plain and simple...no other reason! He has an ego the size of Texas, although his personal accomplishments are huge compared to the average footballer, he has always been overshadowed by one or two players. He breaks his own record in goals, Messi destroys both without a doubt. He has a chance of winning the European player of the year award, Iniesta beats him to it. He is unhappy as no matter how hard he tries (and don't get me wrong, CR7 is a very hard working footballer that puts in the time in training and development, more than any other player I believe) his accomplishments are always second. Maybe in another era, he would of been considered no. 1 but in this one he is always second best!

^^most def.

His expression during these loses show just that. Personally a comeback is gonna be hard to sit atop the table but faith holds firm. Man shitty gonna be an interesting match up, even barca die hards want to see shiddy go down lol.

Btw I'm getting the green kit, Gonna be worth something one day, first time in a competitive match we wore green and it's for the 110year celebration iirc.

I could not have said this better. I believe this has to be the reason of his unhappiness. I also believe he is the most hard working footballer at present and coming up second or third best when putting out all that effort will probably get to anybody in any sport. Things were shaping up for him in the Euros until that penalty shootout disaster. He is losing the head to head with Messi and where Messi probably falls short he is losing out to someone else.

From about age 23 to 29 suppose to some good prime years and in 5 months C. Ronaldo will be 28. Messi just turned 25 and seems to be getting better every year. To make matters worse where Messi seemed to have a weakness playing for Argentina in the past, over the last year he has really upped his game and starting to look just like how he looks at Barca. It seems as this is really Messi time now (actually for a few years now.) Ronaldo is probably feeling like he missed his chance with about 2 more prime years to go. Messi has about 4-5 years and shows no sign of slowing down.

Game lived up to the hype...glad to see cr7 smiling again so there is no excuse for the rest of the season. Man City lacked discipline in the last 5-10 mins of the game and thats why they have nothing to show at the end. RM played good attacking and aggresive football.

Joe Hart is ah boss of a keeper!
