Uncertain what to believe, she decides she must escape, whatever dangers she may face outside.

Seems to be the sequel to Cloverfield.

If the majority of the movie is about the back-and-forth between the two of them and the attempts to escape, with the escape into the outside world being the last distopic scene, then is failure. U can't follow up that massive world building in the cloverfield with a basement story.
... and how long has that woman remained in rescue? She was in an accident and then woke up in a war zone. It would have to be just the beginning part of that movie.

Plus, when she was driving the car they used camcorders and blackberries, and after she woke up they would have to use iphone and android devices.

Reallyyyyy enjoyed this. Got a Lone Survivor vibe from it at times.

The characters weren't that spot on, aside from Tanto, he was the real MVP!
