Am I the only one who recovers 3days after a high intensity leg workout with lots of stretching vitamin c and watermelon juice?

Tbh, I used to be like that even when I used ON Whey.
I started to use Nutrabolics Isobolic and I don't get that level of soreness again.
I assume its helping me to recover a bit quicker.

you dont have to always go till failure though... that would require more recovery.

When my legs were completely sore there was a time I got mentally unstable and deep squatted 240lbs for 10reps,stretched and consumed watermelon juice with a redoxon and believe me,I felt like I didn't even do anything when I woke up....but when I repeated that process week later I was bed ridden

Serious question:
goal is fat loss and muscle building, not necessarily weight loss
should I do Cardio before weights or after?

My weight session averages 60 mins but I noticed thta if I do cardio before, I can hammer out 45+ mins. If I do cardio after, by 20 mins I'm totally burned out. How come?

you saying it cant happen naturally?

VexXx u dont even need more than 20 mins of cardio after weights, just go hard as a mothafker in that 20 mins.

What about using a test booster with proper macros?

I know, does it make sense?
my logic is that 190 lbs @ 10-12% bf is better than 175lb @ 15%.

I know I can't get dat dere 8pk abs, but im good with being in solid bearmode no homo.

Yes, but your body has a natural LBM limit.
You're talking about gaining 20lbs of muscle and cutting 5lbs of fat.
I think you would need to start looking at your test levels to get your LBM higher.
