In case you conveniently forget the PPG HAS ACHIEVED MORE THAN THE PNM IN 5 YEARS with 1/3 the oil price than the PNM IN 50 YEARS and NO OIL BOOM.

Whatever the PP has achieved, it did so by running up a bill and leaving it for another govt to pay.
Also for the umpteen time, our major export is natural gas, the rise in our revenues during the last PNM administration was due to a policy put in place by Manning in his first term to monetise our natural gas, it was not an oil boom.

Furthermore "1/3 the oil price than the PNM IN 50 YEARS" couldn't be more wrong. For the last 5 years oil has been at record prices. The PP enjoyed 5 years of oil +$100 the oil price only dipped late last year, a couple months ago.
