Gonna start with some sogcep curls, then 5 sets of soglifts and finish off with some sogextensions.

got a good workout yesterday. Put the baby to sleep and hammered out a 2 hour sweat.

The funny thing about it is that I've changed from my lazy ass bum lifestyle so much that if I don't get a sweat for a couple days I literally feel like absolute sheit.

Need some advice guys.. I think I really need to change my diet as I see myself getting more muscular but that stubborn belly fat is just sticking with me.

I'm taking Dymatize ISO 100 protein and Assault pre-workout currently..

I'd just like some dieting tips and just advice on how I should start eating. My weight fluctuates between 203-208lbs right nw.

FREE WORKOUT SESSION TOMORROW at Lifestyle Fitness, Grand Bazaar. They are having a promo for the gym and supplement sampling etc. Passion carnival band girls will be there also.

how much grams of protein can the body utilize in a sitting before it becomes too much protein or is wasted?

afaik the body can convert excess proteins to carbs.... dunno what are the limits tho

Make no mistake, I not asking cuz I din do the research eh. There is so much of info and more specifically misinformation out there on this topic its a shame. You can spend all day reading online and still not get a definitive answer.

Not that the answer matters that much to me anyway.

I follow:

(body weight) / 6 per protein intake and get 6 intakes over the course of the day

but when training extra intense and more often, I try to meet the following:

(body weight x 1.5) / 6 per protein intake and get 6 intakes over the course of the day

NOTE: A protein shake does not count as a protein intake to me. I only count it if it come from a meal. If I make a shake with whey, ots, peanut butter etc, then i count it, but a post workout shake.....i dont count.... Its just my logic, only count full meals or the equivalent thereof.
