I used diazninon in the past and two days later frogs and other creatures back in the yard as normal :(
The main thing I have to protect the dog from are frogs. Had an overnight stay at the vet last time he attacked two frogs in an hour sigh

Meen touching them thing. The vet explained that the dogs do get high and it was essentially like an overdose for them when they bite a frog which could lead to rapid heartbeat and death. We managed to get him to treatment in time

Supposed to kill the insects that toads and other larger creatures feed on thereby discouraging them from being in your yard. But within a few days time birds back to feeding as normal so that means insects back as well

From what I reading, it have a lot of products out there claiming to be snake repellant even ammonia and moth balls, but none in real that can back the claim with tested evidence. Snakes don't smell like mammals do, so what stink to us not affecting them. They say all u can do is keep the surroundings clean so rats and other vermin won't be in your living area because snakes just following their food.

And if u see a dangerous snake in your place call someone for removal, or deal with it otherwise. If you living in a kind of bushy area you have to expect it because in reality we humans are the ones encroaching on their territory.

eh could have been worse. Could have been a viper species your dogs encountered. Coral snakes don't seem much trouble when you encounter them.

That's definitely a cascabel. They make decent pets, just need some branches in the enclosure, maybe a small live plant as well.
You keeping it or releasing it?
