but why is this?

72% of businesses have no business bank account, 88% don't accept digital payments, 55%of individuals don’t know how to use mobile or web digital banking. A National Financial Inclusion Roadmap to be developed to assist the financially excluded.

well they tired in truth - a 4 hr budget will do that- so it eh make sense to update 2 pages so they just updating twitter.

FINALLY: Revenue and Expenses. 3 3/4 hours to get to this.

Oil price - US$85.00 per barrel

Gas price - US$5.00 / mmbtu

Revenue $54.012 billion
Expenditure $59.209 billion
Deficit $5.197 billion

Nonoil revenue = $35 billion.

minimum wage increasing $17.50 to $20.50 /per hr from January 2024

Sounds like he is winding up but he has not announced any increase in gas prices.

but it not true. earlier in the budget I hear he setting up a system to preferentially give forex to some SMEs. So is economy by central planning/cronyism
