As someone involved in construction, I can see that money being spent on a project of that magnitude. Remember, it's not the same as building a house or wiring a house. It's totally different both on scale and scope of works . The logistics are also different so it's easy for it to reach that figure , plus men want to eat nice as is de govament. What everybody seems to be upset about is the secrecy and the timing.

That is bad for business though. Advertisers want numbers, so if you run all the customers then your revenue will fall. You don't tell customers that you want them to leave. You will never see an owner saying something like that ,it's always the workers who don't care about the business that does it. Watch how the girls by KFC does roll up their eyes and coast on customers.
