Despite the need for water conservation, there also needs to be initiatives to increase our rainwater storage capacity in light of our climate variation and the reduced forest cover on the northern range which hampers recharge.

I never stopped using my garden hose.My neighbor working wasa and she does be watering plants and her backyard so i do the same.

Saw they released a notice saying that you can go ahead and use your hoses from Saturday 16th at midnight. So all the people who have to wash away mud brought by this rain have to wait til then.

You don't have to use them, you can treat them right.
