afaik... taxi driver unsuitably attired is the only person getting charge except for a driver indecently exposing himself and any person in charge of A HORSE OR ANY ANIMAL DRAWN CARRIAGE(or any animal being led ) can give u a lawful instruction .
Will check it up bro, but I know it was one of questions on regs

If you say forgot your permit at home, you can/will get a ticket ( at the discretion of Police Officer ).
However if you explain this at your Court date as an oversight etc. the Court will tend to dismiss the case.

then all of a sudden everybody realise hey this is a problem. I would personally love to see everyone drive less thsn 80kph on the highway just to cause total traffic gridlock for spite whole day everyday.
cadiz you just as stupid as the fool who doesn't know where to be wheh making a right turn on a two way street.
do proper and indepth research.see what speeds people drive at,ask why, how, if,when. then do proper setting up of rules and regulations. look at japan.there's a counter that lets you see when the light will turn red again.get them install them that way noone can say."boss ah din't know" and even when it changes the other light remains on red. for a second or two to make sure the traffic stops.so when you run the light after all that bet your bottom dollar you getting a ticket.
but nooo.this is the land of oil and music. ah seta asses who rinse out your ears with how educatrd they are.when in truth and in fact.theydotish
tourniquet wrote:lol, don't have to go as far as Japan for that, Guyana has had those counters for years, plus they use solar powered traffic lights as well. Simple things like these make you wonder if all those Caricom meetings is just another excuse to have a lime in a different location ever so often

Thanks for being honest enough to admit you're a kant who blinds oncoming traffic on minor roads
Alcohol that a person drinks shows up in the breath because it gets absorbed from the mouth, throat, stomach and intestines into the bloodstream.
Alcohol is not digested upon absorption, nor chemically changed in the bloodstream. As the blood goes through the lungs, some of the alcohol moves across the membranes of the lung's air sacs (alveoli) into the air, because alcohol will evaporate from a solution -- that is, it is volatile. The concentration of the alcohol in the alveolar air is related to the concentration of the alcohol in the blood. As the alcohol in the alveolar air is exhaled, it can be detected by the breath alcohol testing device. Instead of having to draw a driver's blood to test his alcohol level, an officer can test the driver's breath on the spot and instantly know if there is a reason to arrest the driver.
