Massy stores has kale for $14 - $25 a bundle ,the package ones that already cut up is $44.00
The central market has it for less than $30 ,bigger bundles than massy .The next thing about Kale it's a appetite suppressor , you don't feel hungry for hours after drinking Kale .

to chill down the heat i make a kale smoothie with Mott's Apple juice .

On average how long or how many uses do you get out of a bundle?

bro, you keto?

Remove sugar and milk. Blend some butter in your coffee. Real butter, not margarine.

Read Berkhan's stuff, looks good - I'm sorta doing my own thing.

Are you using any of his recommended supps?

I use a multi daily, and a creatine/glutamine/PWO bomb only on weight training days.

I don't use any supplements, save for the occasional protein shake when i think my intake isn't enough.
Intermittent fasting is a permanent lifestyle change for me, its not a fitness regimen per se, so no supplements. Multivits a couple times a week, but even that I think is unecessary once you have a variety of foods.

Berkhan's protein recommendations are also way too high for my tastes so I usually stick to the bare minimum most days

I rather fast in the evening. Eating breakfast will give energy for the entire day and can be utilised.
Eating late causes fat to be stored. Dont agree with the opposing view.

Irregular eating times will make make you prone to indigestion and eventually ulcers.
I have been skipping breakfast for the longest while as I find eating early in the morning is not natural but rather around 9ish 10ish. At least if you cannot eat breakfast, have a snack at least.

NO, no risk whatsoever! It takes you a week or two to get used to it. Afterwards, its plain sailing.

Peptic ulcers were formerly thought to be caused by stress, coffee consumption, or spicy foods. Now it is clear that about 60% of peptic ulcers are caused by a bacterial infection that can usually be cured. Another 20% are caused by nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as aspirin and ibuprofen (Advil, Nuprin, etc.), and another 20% have miscellaneous causes such as cigarettes or no clear cause.

I've been practicing intermittent fasting for about 10 months now . The only time my acid reflux flares up is when I introduce junk food back into my diet .Other than that its been smooth sailing . I think the main reason though is that I've been making better eating choices over that period
