Read Berkhan's stuff, looks good - I'm sorta doing my own thing.
Are you using any of his recommended supps?
I use a multi daily, and a creatine/glutamine/PWO bomb only on weight training days.

Irregular eating times will make make you prone to indigestion and eventually ulcers.
I have been skipping breakfast for the longest while as I find eating early in the morning is not natural but rather around 9ish 10ish. At least if you cannot eat breakfast, have a snack at least.
Peptic ulcers were formerly thought to be caused by stress, coffee consumption, or spicy foods. Now it is clear that about 60% of peptic ulcers are caused by a bacterial infection that can usually be cured. Another 20% are caused by nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as aspirin and ibuprofen (Advil, Nuprin, etc.), and another 20% have miscellaneous causes such as cigarettes or no clear cause.
