My dietitian(friend :D )Told me i dont need all the "exta stuff " in MV's like Optimen.
Just use a vitamin that provides ONLY what i need and nothing more.
Im trying to go all natural as i can.

hahaha @ dietitian. its jus a good ol multi thats easy on the wallet and may benefit you in more than 1 way meng. i use myovite, to me its the best there is. just a pack (1/2 dose) daily gets me where i need to be, cost friendly on my dosage and i'm sure i meet my nutrient intake wrt my nutritional habits....food wise nah

Hey..for the muslims..with ramadhan here..how allyuh gonna train ? Or you guys resting this month.I made some nice gains in the last couple months,studying how i gonna keep em during this month,any ideas ?

ent it have a period where u can eat food early in the morning?

Just eat REL food and drink a brotein shake :)
And sleep plenty so u wont have to use up energy/nutrients by doing useless stuff, like waking.

I studying to do ah quick thing after i done eat in the morning,or before i break the fast,but high reps with light weights,no ego thing.

hey thread spring back to life dey, been at it 4 months now, 4-5 days a week.
lost bout 3-4 inches on waist,
cardio is 20-30 mins on stepper or 15mins all out running.
diet still need to get better, but all rice and bread get cut out.

leg press 810lb for 10
bench 225 for 10
pushups 50 in less dan 1min
pushups 100 in less than 1.5mins
T-bar row 180lbs
squats kinda bleh 140lbs for 6
stiff legs bleh too 140lbs for 10

getting some small defs in arms and plenty on the legs, but oh gorm, this rum belly I picked up in my 20's wont quit.

My random diet slippage not helping either. Gotta go on a hard cut.

I'm an avid follower as well. He failed a drug test yesterday in a competition. He supposedly claimed to be natural. Sent some ripples thru the community.

I have a similar body type as halfbreed but I hadda quit slippin, went from 181 to 210 lbs in 6 months. Have to tone back up starting tomorrow. Will be keepin an eye on this thread from now on..

Sharky or others, care to share the crossfit routine?
I've been bouncing around medium weights and mostly cardio on my weight loss journey and I want to change things up a bit.

From what I read, this is more in line with where I wanna head...not really the gymrat ubercut megasize vibe.

Started with the beginner's routine i posted earlier, and I have seen some gains. Lost some weight, seeing some gains with my muscles and I am its becoming easier to lift the weights also. I am in need of a multivitamin tho. With gym and football whole week, my immune system seems to be affected.

I heard gnc has a good one, any others I could check out?

Round 1

15 Front squats (100lb barbell)
10 Pullups body weight
15 deadlifts
15 push ups
15 box jumps (fully extended)

thats one round, do 3 rounds or 4 if you can. Try to better your time for 3 combined rounds each time you do it.

I guarantee you that youll be dripping with sweat and panting for breath after. NO REST BETWEEN EXERCISES.

Ok, guys, I totally new to this so bear with me. Was slacking off the last 6 months, I want to go back to salads and fruits and do about a half hour to hour of exercise (HITT running and basic weight training). Last year, I cut out meat and eat one boiled egg minus yolk (to get my protein) with salad for weight loss(no excercise) and it worked very well. Wondering if there is anything else I could eat to keep my cravings down?
