Was it impossible to be forewarned of a weather phenomena as the one that occurred this morning? The 6am and 7 am weather reports did not seem to indicate that there would be any such occurrence . TV6 for sure did not have any information at that time .

That said weather apps indicated gusts from 22 to 48 kmph. I hope that no one was seriously injured .
