Some sautéed new potato, steamed broccoli & green beans, scottish Salmon (have not yet decided whether to pan fry/sear or oven bake in foil) with a tarragon and white wine sauce.. possibly some mushrooms as I have plenty at the moment. Definitely a glass white wine to help wash it down
