Black Ops is not better than MW2 but is not "sh!t". Black Ops more balanced than MW2 and doesn't promote camping for killstreaks like IW's title. Better weapon and class customization provides a level of detail MW3 (if it ever happens) will surely copy.

Black Ops doesn't look as good as MW2 but i think that's a shortcoming I can overlook when matchmaking takes much less time. This coupled with loads of modes (zombie, hidden games, single player, co-op, multiplayer, multiplayer online etc.) the game is surely one of the better values out there right now.

360 ched has bout 30

and ps3 ched has over 800 pages spanning across 4 versions

nobody cares about M$.. except xbots 1pat
