all of us are, as long as we have party politics, and u have a 'this side' and a 'that side'

each constituency representative need to go up on behalf of them selves, and we vote for our representative. the vote for Prime Minister should be a separate ballot, and those vying for PM can't go up to represent any constituency.
any motions that is brought forward, each rep would vote on behalf of their respective constituents.
your opposition would be any one against you, not necessarily a party.
