Lunch: Vegetable rice, red beans, noodles with steamed vegetables and shrimp, baked chicken and lamb.

Desert: Donuts/Swiss Roll/Sweetbread/Diabetes

45 for 1 killed (halal), cleaned, roasted/cutup

50 for 1 delivered

East side only for deliveries

Pick-up in sangre grande

Hear nuh, yuh ever get fedup of "buy food?" thats what happening to me lol. Yes i can cook tuh save mih life but after i come from work, tje kitchen is the last place i want to be. So i go out the road and buy food and the cycle starts all over again lol

went out for lunch today

Roast beef, Turkey, Roast pork, stuffing, pigs in a blanket(1), carrots, broccoli, cauliflower in cheese sauce, braised red cabbage, roast potato, yorkshire pudding and lots of gravy.

Big glass of Pinot Noir and a double espresso afterwards... belly full.
