when it comes to street food/restaurants u have to line up for EVERY meal, with the grocery u only have to line up once and that could give u several meals. so u might see an initial surge in grocery lines but once they buy enough as far as their fridge and cupboard cud hold they don't need to come back for several days.
with street/restaurant food u have to line up everyday.
besides u still need toiletries and other stuff in d grocery anyway so u would still be going there.

Alternatives have already gone. The public was fooled ever since restrictions was lifted on the bobol for elections. Just before elections the red govement ppl was praising Rowlair for a job well done.
