Clearly the Northern Range (in Tunapuna/St Augustine at least) hasn't seen any major rainfall (as yet). Around 7.30am - 8am this morning Caura River by the EMR was pretty normal and a few of those big drains that come down from the hills were also all normal flowing.

Note that run-off will be slower at high tide which will be at 12:04am (Tue. 13th) and 02:03pm (Tue 13th).
