I reset my router. Created a new network and it's ok about 20hrs now.

using the standard flow modem as well (non-wireless). Not sure when they renew the leases, u can see the lease times if you log into the Arris modem (password of the day crap i mentioned somewhere in the thread) or just do an ipconfig /all when plugged in directly to the modem.
for xbox live i just threw my Xbox IP in a DMZ
Port 87 - 89 (UDP)
Port 3073 - 3075 (UDP)
Port 3073 to 3075 (TCP)
