If you have patience and a good router you can surface plane to get one side flat with a rail jig.
Use table saw after to cut a straight edge.

Ive been straightening some rough 2x4s with my router and tablesaw.
Got some nice hardwood ones from pallets.

Looks like a well made tool.

IMHO if you need quality finish & strength you'll find Kreg tools & jigs even more useful... Link--> Kreg tools & jigs.

This is their latest, the K5...

Guys! Where can I get 15gauge angled nails locally?

1"-2 1/2" for a nail gun!

Most places has 16-18 gauge so far!

Still looking. Anyone have a clue?

Don't want to resort to online yet as I'm not sure what fittings I need.

if you dont get a response early tmr....lotec opens at 8, so you can always call them to get a faster response

if their supplies are limited, as for referrals to someone who may have..
but imo, while making the injector cleaner tingy, it was cheaper and easier to just order off amazon...
i just drew a sketch and wrote down all the fittings i needed

Got my Toro Blower for $299.00. Was hoping to get the vac/mulcher one also but the only other was the bigger B&D.

I didn't realize they carried a lot of dremel items also.

that should work, can even weld in reinforcement.
make the joint not too close to drill to avoid drill/operator damage if it breaks.

where you located ?

if he has to cut and weld over, what would be nice is if he could get a sorta metal pipe to sleeve the joint that way he is almost sure it wont bust out and damage someone
