Shifts not restructured though, is just that overtime running, so Christmas will look nice.

overtime must be nice. i hava pardna wukkin there in ops and I hardly seein him these days. is like he wukkin 6 days ah week. then again, it might only be ah 1.5 rate. Ah union woulda sort out dat company good and proper. Them bosses clearly dont care about their employees. They only panicking now and wondering why people want to leave. lol.

When push come to shove they would start. But the fire so much people that they might be able to get back enough that they would not need new people.
It costs a lot to train fresh people.

U can go on their website and create a profile to apply to vacancies...

But hand in resumes directly to an hr person is better.

They made a bad play sending home ppl to begin with. Then again, the ppl were their bargaining strategy. If they didn't send home ppl this year, rowley wouldnt have caved and given gas to one of the mhtl plants. Still, now the company has a bad name for sending home ppl when times get tough so whoever gets thru there, dont stop looking for something better once it becomes available. Hard times arent over yet in this country and the energy sector, so buckle up.
