Without the vaccine what is the end result of this?

Would the virus go into remission and then crop up again and they blame COVID and lockdown again?

Mass vaccinations is key. We need to decrease the burden on the health center. So if more people are vaccinated and they still get infected then chances are they will not need to be hospitalised etc.

The key thing is to decrease spread then isolate infections and ultimately kill the virus. That's the ideal situation. Unfortunately, we have the unknown that is the illegals that coming through daily. Remember all you need is one to start a new case. They may also bring new strains as well.

That also means that our citizens and health services will have to remain vigilant for the considerable future.

The whole point of lockdowns is to isolate the virus as much as possible by limiting movement of people. If everyone were to stay about 10 ft apart from each other for the next 6 weeks we would have no virus theoretically.

Because they can't cook and they have no food in their houses.

Many folks eat out 3 times a day, they don't even have breakfast at home and after work they buy dinner and have it at home.

After school snack for some kids is Starbucks. A lot of folks now have embraced Western American habits largely on account of their parents who were quick to through off traditional habits.

And no it is common across many levels of society not just the rich but middle class and poor. Those who cannot just don't do it as often but still do it when they can but the aim is to do it when you can as often as you can.

The foreign brands isn't a luxury as it once was it's the norm, or you try to make it your norm. Same thing for food and eating out the act of eating out is seen as "foreign culture" so it's better and we must do it as well. It doesn't help that we also have a deep seated culture of liming dis-obedience and trust issues when it comes to authority figures.
