No, because Jul-Oct 2022 was an outlier period. And 2020 and 2021.
However, 2023 follows the same pattern as 2018 and 2019, except there is an increase in 2023 over 2019.

So we're 'back on track', so-to-speak.

If anything, one could argue it shows how out of control the whole situation is, and how impotent laws and law enforcement is when it comes to murders and crime.
