Spoke to the neighbour today.

The family in house next door were alerted when the 7 bandits ran through one house to the next and triggered motion sensing lights.
They looked at their cctv and saw them hence able to make quick call to ttps who responded super fast.
The victims tried to lock themselves in a room but the bandits still got to them and robbed them.

Bottom line is yard should be well lit for effective cctv and more importantly a good hardwired burglar alarm to trigger intrusion on windows, doors etc, panic button too
If yard allows a beam sensor helps for strangers passing through yard.
Razor wire, spikes etc on walls.

allyuh watch zander on beyond d tape last night ? , he was showing d rap sheet of d baby face looking feller who was 1 of d 4 who get corn sunday night , dude had 15 charges relating to robbery , gun , violence etc , he was d same man who shot a security officer inside a grocery yr b4 .... he wasnt exactly a saint but fb posters studying how a young man lost he life , ah woman even said ah handsome young man
