^ Sunday the heat index went up to 40 according to wunderground!
humidity today is at 97% though so that might make it feel worst!

maybe Hook can let us know which was the hottest day for the year so far?

MET Office Bulletin
UNSTABLE WEATHER CONDITIONS TO CONTINUE AFFECTING TRINIDAD AND
TOBAGO FOR THE NEXT 4 – 6 HOURS

Unstable weather conditions associated with a combination of localized and systematic
meteorological dynamics is expected to continue affecting Trinidad and Tobago over the next 4 to
6 hours.

Showers and isolated thundershowers can therefore be expected to continue over the forecast
period. Thundercloud activity can occur over any location. Rainfall accumulations of 20-30
millimeters are possible with rainfall activity. Street/Flash flooding along with gusty winds can be
expected to occur in the vicinity of heavy showers/thundershowers.

Citizens are advised to be vigilant and cautious as they conduct their activities. Be alert to any
electrical discharges from thundercloud activity and adopt measures which would preserve life
and property.

WE STRONGLY UNDERSCORE THAT TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO IS NOT UNDER
ANY TROPICAL STORM THREAT, WATCH OR WARNING AT THIS TIME.

The Trinidad and Tobago Meteorological Services is closely monitoring conditions and will issue
another bulletin if the situation warrants.
